To ensure your transaction is paid out successfully, please verify that all required approvers on the platform have authorized the payment.
Certain transactions require more than one approver to be completed; this occurs when Multi-Approval has been enabled. All payments in the approval queue must be signed off by the specified number of unique approvers.
In the Payment Approvals list screen, you will find a column indicating the total number of approvals required.
The screenshot below illustrates the number of approvers who have already signed off and how many approvals remain pending.
Here's a step by step guide on how to approve an EN on platform:
Step 1
Login to your Verto account at https://exchange.vertofx.com
2. On the left hand sidebar, click the Payment Approvals icon.
3. The list of payments that require approval will be displayed
4. Proceed to select the particular payment, and click on "Approve"
Please ensure that every transaction initiated on platform is signed off by all the required approvers to avoid any delays in payment completion.
