Why is Verto introducing a new card product?
We recently introduced our new virtual Visa Debit Card to replace our previous pre-paid cards, which gives you a significantly upgraded spending experience.

What is the main difference between the new card and the old card?
The most important upgrade is the card type: our new card is a true Debit Card, whereas our previous product functioned as a Pre-paid Card.

How do I get my new Visa card?
You can generate your new Visa card on the Verto app and web platform. If you're an existing active customer we may have automatically issued you a new VISA card, please check your email correspondence or reach out to Verto support to find out. You can find it waiting for you right now by logging into your Verto dashboard and navigating to the Cards tab.
Physical cards will be available to clients based in Nigeria in November 2026 with other markets shortly after. Join the list on the ‘Cards’ tab on your account to register your interest.

Will my Mastercard and VISA card both work at the same time?
Mastercards are no longer active as of 30th September.
How many cards can I order?
Users can currently hold a maximum of 5 cards per user per month.
Who can view card transaction history?
Transaction visibility on the platform is determined by account roles:
Super Admins and Admins: Have full access to view all company cards transaction history.
Custom Roles : Restricted to viewing their own individual card transaction history. They cannot view other company card transaction history.
