Transfer limits depend on your account tier and the currencies involved.
1. Tier 0 (unverified) Cross-currency transfers are not available until KYB verification is complete.
2. Tier 1 (basic verified) Tier 1 accounts have per-transaction and monthly limits. Contact support to see your current limits.
3. Tier 2 (fully verified) Tier 2 accounts have significantly higher limits.
