What happens if I edit a shareholder’s details or ownership percentage?
If your application is actively being reviewed by our compliance team, modifying a shareholder's legal name, nationality, or ownership percentage will temporarily pause the review process.
To clear the update, you must upload a fresh, registry-issued document or a certified chart (such as an updated share summary, a corporate PSC statement for UK entities, or an ND2A form for Hong Kong companies) confirming the new breakdown.
Our automated screening systems will rerun identity and background checks on the updated individual profile to ensure platform integrity.
Can I permanently delete a shareholder from my profile?
Before Submission: You can delete any incorrectly added entry while filling out your initial registration draft.
After Submission: To preserve a required legal audit trail, shareholder profiles cannot be permanently erased or wiped from the database history. Instead, you may select Archive Shareholder.
