What is the "Application summary" screen?

The final step before submitting your Verto corporate file for formal evaluation is reviewing your Overview Dashboard. This interface serves as a centralized control panel displaying a detailed, module-by-module verification breakdown of your corporate registration.

Rather than acting as a static checklist, this dashboard works directly with our automated compliance assistant, Frank - Your Smart Assist. This system instantly cross-checks your documents, registry data, and company web domains against international financial safety databases to confirm authenticity.

What do the percentage wheels on this screen mean?

To officially send your application to our compliance specialists for sign-off, all 6 core compliance blocks on your dashboard must independently reach 100% Completion:

  • Signup Verification: Confirms your foundational profile registration entries and the explicit suite of Verto payment tools you selected.

  • Business Information: Evaluates your official corporate name, incorporation dates, physical addresses, and active website locations.

  • Company Documents: Tracks your uploaded registry paperwork, certified ownership records, financial files, and required corporate licenses.

  • Shareholder Declaration: Validates the underlying legal structure of your enterprise and maps all beneficial owners.

  • Shareholder Verification: Manages biometric identity confirmation (KYC) and official documentation reviews for all major owners and managing directors.

  • Risk Assessment: Confirms your automated, system-calculated preliminary risk classification based on your industry type, expected transaction volumes, and regional corridors.

What does it mean if my dashboard shows a "Needs Attention!" flag?

If our compliance tools identify an omission or a data conflict, a prominent Needs Attention! warning banner will automatically populate at the top of the interface. This status indicates that the system has detected a discrepancy that must be updated before processing can continue. Common causes for this flag include:

  • An uploaded document is missing required pages, is blurry, or its legal validity period has expired.

  • The operational corporate address typed into your profile does not exactly match the location displayed on your proof of address document.

Once you click directly into the flagged module and update the required information, the assistant will automatically refresh your profile status to clear your submission path.
