Payment approvals add a second authorisation step before payments are sent. An approval is required by default for all payments after being initiated, given an
1. On the left hand sidebar, click Settings
2. Click Approval rules from the sidebar, and adjust your settings as needed.
Dual approval - when switched on, all payments will need two approvals (one person to make the payment, plus two approvers). If Auto approval is switched on, then payments made by a Super admin or Admin.
Auto approval - when switched on, this prevents any admins or super admins (who can approve their own payments) from needing an an authorised user to approve their own payments.
