Rejecting a payment prevents it from being sent and notifies the creator so they can resubmit with corrections.
1. Go to Payment Approval and open the payment you want to reject.
2. Click Reject. A dialog appears asking for a rejection reason.
3. Enter a clear reason. Click Confirm rejection.

4. The creator receives a notification with your rejection reason.
