Each entity has its own independent team member and role configuration.
1. Switch to the entity you want to configure using the entity switcher.
2. Go to Settings then Team Members for that entity.
3. Click Edit next to a team member and select the role for this entity.
💡 Tip: A common pattern: group CFO has Admin access on all entities; local finance teams have Creator/Approver access on their own entity. |
4. Role changes on one entity do not affect the user's roles on any other entity.
