Destination countries are split into three categories:

Verto will support payments to these countries. Additional documents may be required on a case-by-case basis.

All countries not included in Restricted or Not Supported

Verto supports payments to these countries, but transactions will be reviewed. Documentary evidence is normally required and payments go through an enhanced due diligence process.
