How do I see my existing requests?

To see your existing requests, click “Chat with Frank” from the sidebar on the left, or on the top of the page. Then, you will be shown a list of your requests. You can filter by ‘Open’, ‘Pending’, ‘Resolved’ and ‘Closed’ requests.
