How do I open local and global accounts?

Getting accounts in your company's name

Opening local and global accounts

Local and global accounts are account details in your company's name. They can be used to receive payments from your customers.

Local accounts are used to receive payments via local payment rails (e.g. Faster Payments in the UK, ACH/Fedwire in the US). Global accounts are used to receive payments via SWIFT (international payment network).

Step 1

Log in to the Verto platform.

Step 2

Click Receive money.

Step 3

Click Get account details.

Step 4

Choose the currency you want account details in. If you don't see the currency you want to get account details for, then you may not have a wallet in that currency. See this guide to learn how to make one.

Step 5

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click Get account details.

Note: if you can't get account details in your company's name (local/global account), you may be able to receive from your customers or third parties into accounts in Verto's name. You'll see who you can receive from in the orange box, as in screenshot below.
