Changing your password
To change your password on the Verto platform, please follow the steps below.
Step 1
Login to the Verto Lightning Experience Platform and scroll to the bottom-left of the side bar to access the Settings Tab.
Step 2
Type in your old password, enter your new password, repeat the new password then click on save password.
All passwords must comply with the following rules or they will not be accepted:
The password must be eight characters or longer
The password must contain at least 1 uppercase alphabetical character
The password must contain at least 1 numeric character
The password must contain at least one special character
24-Hour Cooling-off Period:
Please note, every password change automatically triggers a 24-hour hold on your profile, pausing payments and beneficiary updates.
Other users on the account are not affected.
