These terms use two labels. The Referrer is the existing Verto customer who makes the referral. The Referred business is the new business they introduce to Verto. Both parties can earn a reward, but the rewards are different — see the table for reference.
Who can take part
Any Verto customer with an active, verified account can act as a Referrer.
The Referred business must be new to Verto, and must not already hold or have previously held a Verto account.
Both the Referrer and the Referred business must complete Verto's business verification (KYB) checks and remain in good standing to receive any reward.
The rewards
Rewards depend on how much qualifying FX volume the Referred business transacts, and how quickly:

Volume counts cumulatively toward both thresholds. A Referred business that reaches 10,000 USD within 60 days meets both thresholds and earns 100 USD in total.
The Referrer earns a reward only at the 10,000 USD threshold. If the Referred business does not reach 10,000 USD in qualifying FX volume within 120 days of verification, no Referrer reward is payable.
The maximum reward per Referred business is 100 USD to the Referrer and 100 USD to the Referred business.
What counts as qualifying volume
Qualifying volume means FX conversion transactions only: transactions where one currency is exchanged for another.
Volume is measured in USD equivalent at Verto's rate on the date of each transaction.
Transfers between accounts in the same currency, Reserve, and card transactions do not count toward either threshold.
How rewards are paid
Rewards are paid as credit to the recipient's Verto USD balance within 5 working days of the relevant threshold being met. The recipient's account must be open and in good standing at the point the reward is paid.
Verto may withhold, delay, or reclaim any reward where a referral does not appear to be a genuine introduction of a new customer, or where either account is subject to review.
General
Verto reserves the right to cancel any transaction to which this offer applies and to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
These terms apply to referrals made on or after 21 September 2026. Referrals made before that date are governed by the terms in place at the time.
