Your Verto dashboard dynamically displays which payment, wallet, and multi-currency tools are accessible to your business. Rather than utilizing a generic setup, our platform evaluates your specific industry, country of incorporation, and intended use-case to configure your active dashboard permissions.
Your feature access is categorized into three distinct system statuses:
Active (Full Access): These are core, low-to-medium-risk transaction features that are available for immediate use once your standard business verification is complete. This includes opening your primary business wallets, executing standard foreign exchange transactions (FX), and managing first-party corporate treasury flows.
2. Conditional Access (Review Required): This status indicates that a feature is restricted until secondary operational milestones or specialized compliance evaluations are cleared. For example:
Pay By Link: Marked as a high-risk feature, this remains locked until our platform verifies your business has traded for over 1 year and has maintained 90 days of continuous transaction history on Verto.
Financial Institution Tools: If your company is a bank, EMI, or payment platform, your account is legally locked to a First-Party Only basis by default. Access to send or receive funds on behalf of your own clients (3rd-Party Payments) will display as restricted until you successfully pass our Downstream Approval Process.
3. Unavailable (Restricted by Policy): Features or account tiers labeled as unavailable represent hard-coded boundaries based on Verto's active global risk appetite. For example, if your company details reflect active cryptocurrency holdings or revenue derived from an unapproved sector (such as scrap metal), the platform automatically deactivates those transactional flows. Additionally, new corporate profiles cannot access USDC stablecoin settlement features at this time.
