What are the "Business details" and how do I complete them?

The Business Details module is the final verification step within your company information setup. This section allows our compliance team and automated risk screeners to verify that your active business operations, corporate statements, and digital footprint align with our global risk appetite.

To complete this section, you must detail your digital presence via one of the two paths below:

Path A: Your Business Has a Website or Online Domain

If your business operates a public website, landing page, or corporate platform, you must provide its exact URL.

When submitting your domain, please ensure it satisfies the following baseline compliance criteria to prevent account setup delays:

  • Matching Information: The legal or trading name displayed on the website must match the business details you entered on your registration profile.

  • Email & Domain Alignment: The email address you used to register your Verto account should match the corporate domain of your website.

  • Functional Content: Your website cannot contain generic layout text (such as Latin placeholder text) and must have fully functioning pages, active navigation links, and clear customer support or contact channels.

  • Industry & Scope Accuracy: The website must accurately portray your real-world services. It must not contain buzzwords relating to unapproved industries (such as unauthorized cryptocurrency holdings, unlicensed gambling, or scrap metal operations).

⚠️ Important Remediation Note: If your company website currently lists an old or secondary revenue stream that falls outside Verto’s risk appetite, your application will be turned down. To proceed, that specific activity must be completely deleted from your public website, and an authorized Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) must provide Verto with a signed formal statement declaring that the activity is no longer part of your business operations.

Path B: Your Business Does Not Have a Website

Operating without a corporate website will not automatically disqualify your company from joining Verto. However, because a traditional web audit cannot be performed, you must clear this digital gate by explicitly answering two operational questions within your application profile:

  1. Operational Rationale: You must provide a clear explanation detailing exactly how your business conducts its regular commercial operations without a web domain.

  2. Customer Engagement: You must provide a clear description explaining how your business markets its services, sources new corporate clients, and securely communicates with existing business vendors or suppliers
