1. What are the Foreign Exchange (FX) fees when paying by card?
Card FX Fees: 0%. Verto does not charge any transaction fees on foreign exchange when you utilize your multi-currency funding wallets.
Non-G10 Currency Payment Fee: 1.99%. This fee is applied only to card transactions made in non-G10 currencies.
2. Which currencies can I fund my card payments with?
You can pay globally at millions of merchants worldwide across over 160+ spend currencies. Depending on your setup, you can fund your transactions directly from the following wallets:
Standard Funding Wallets: Direct spending from USD, EUR, GBP, AED, AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, JPY, NOK, SEK, ZAR, and NGN wallets.
Free Tier Note: The Free tier allows direct funding from G10 or NGN currency wallets. (Take advantage of our limited-time promotion which includes USD, EUR, GBP, AED, AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, JPY, NOK, SEK, ZAR, and NGN).
3. Is there a fee for spending from my Nigerian Naira (NGN) wallet?
NGN Card Funding Fee: Yes, a $2.99% + 750 NGN processing fee is applied whenever you spend directly from an NGN wallet. This processing fee is identical across the Free, Lite, and Emerging tiers.
