To set up your Verto business account, we must verify that your company is legally registered. We require an official document issued by your national corporate registry showing your exact company name, registration number, and the date of incorporation.
Note: Your document should be uploaded in PDF format and must be dated more than 7 days before your application date so our team can verify it against public records.
The accepted registration documents vary depending on where your business is incorporated:
Global Default: A standard Certificate of Incorporation or official Formation Certificate issued by your country's corporate registry.
United Kingdom: A valid Certificate of Incorporation issued by Companies House. (Your business status must be currently listed as "Active").
Nigeria: A Certificate of Incorporation (for Limited Companies) or a Certificate of Registration (for Sole Traders) issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) .
Kenya: A Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration issued by the Kenyan Registrar of Companies.
South Africa: A valid Cor 14.3 certificate issued by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) .
Canada: A Certificate of Incorporation or a Notice of Articles issued by Canada's Business Registries.
West & Central Africa (XOF / XAF Regions): An official Extrait du RCCM (Registre du Commerce et du Crédit Mobilier), which serves as the legal equivalent of a Certificate of Incorporation across the OHADA zone .
