In order to get an MT103 or Proof of Payment please fill in the following form. A MT103 is a standardized SWIFT payment message used for international bank-to-bank transfers, serving as proof of payment and containing essential transaction details.
We can issue an MT103 if it has been more than 48 hours since your payment was sent and the funds have not yet reached the recipient. This 48-hour window allows standard processing networks enough time to complete the transfer.
The MT103 can then be used effectively for tracking and resolving payment issues. The Unique End-to-End Transaction Reference (UETR) included in the MT103 can assist the beneficiary bank with locating the payment.
