Getting an MT103/SWIFT copy for a payment
In some cases, you can get MT103s/SWIFT copies directly from the platform. You can provide this to the beneficiary bank if they claim they haven't received it, to help them locate the payment on their end.
If you don’t know what an MT103 is, it is a copy of the message sent from the sending bank to the receiving bank, containing all details of the transaction. It is proof that the payment has been made.
If it is unavailable on your account you can try to track your payment using the JP Morgan Payment Tracker. Alternatively you can reach out to the Customer Support team at support@verto.co.
Step 1
Log in to the Verto platform.
Step 2
On the left hand sidebar, and click Transactions.
Step 3
Find the transaction you'd like the SWIFT copy/MT103/unique-end-to-end-reference for, and click on it. You can search by date, amount, reference, recipient name, and more by adjusting the filters and using the search bar.
Step 4
On the right hand side pop-up, scroll down, and the SWIFT copy/MT103/unique-end-to-end-reference will be shown. You can copy this and send it to your recipients.
Tip: this is also available on the transaction receipt.
