The billing address for your Virtual Visa Debit Card is the operational address of your company that was submitted during your original Verto account application.
When making online purchases or setting up recurring business subscriptions, you must use this specific address at checkout to ensure your transactions pass security checks and are successfully authorized.
How can I check or view my billing address?
If you are unsure of the exact operational address on file for your company, you can easily view it directly within the platform:
Log into your Verto dashboard.
Navigate to the Cards tab.
Select your active card to open the Card Info details panel.
Your designated billing address will be displayed right alongside your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
