Yes. After you upload your file, Verto checks every row and shows a review screen where you can make changes before confirming.
1. Upload your CSV. If any rows can't be processed, Verto tells you how many and why (for example, a missing state or an unrecognised bank). Those rows are left out, and the rest are listed on the review screen as ready to pay.
2. Choose how to fix any failed rows:
Correct the source CSV and re-upload it, or
Continue with the rows that passed.
đĄ Tip: If several rows have errors, it is usually faster to fix the source CSV and re-upload. Because new beneficiaries are created from the file, errors in beneficiary details (such as bank or address) are fixed the same way. |
3. To change a payment on the review screen, click the edit icon next to it. You can only edit the amount and reference here. To change anything else, such as beneficiary details, currency or purpose of payment, correct the CSV and re-upload it. Edits apply to this upload only and don't change your original file.
4. When you're happy, click Confirm to process the payments.
â ď¸ Warning: Submitted bulk payments cannot be cancelled. Review all details carefully before you confirm. |
