Accepted Documents for Proof of Company Operating Address

To confirm your company’s active presence, Verto requires an official document displaying your full legal business name and current operating address.

Important Document Guidelines:

  • All digital documents must be clean, original files uploaded directly in PDF format.

  • Company bank statements that contain redacted figures may be accepted for address verification on a case-by-case basis.

  • Altering your files using automated "Print to PDF" or secondary editing software will cause our security integrations to automatically reject the document.

Globally Accepted Documents

  • Company Bank Statements: Must be an original digital copy issued by a regulated financial institution within the last 3 months .

  • Company Utility Bills: Official letters covering corporate gas, electricity, or landline internet connections issued within the last 3 months. (Please note: Mobile phone bills are globally excluded from this list).

  • Official Tax Correspondence: Official documents or corporate tax letters issued by your national tax authority (such as HMRC in the UK) dated within the last 12 months.
