How to view card transactions

To check your card transactions, log in to your Verto account and navigate to your wallet feed. Verto uses a dual view—Main and Pending—to give you full visibility and keep your statement clean and easy to reconcile.

1. What is the difference between the "Main" and "Pending" feeds?

  • The Main Feed (Default): This displays your finalised transactions. It is your stable "source of truth" showing exactly what has been fully processed and settled.

  • The Pending Feed: This shows transactions that are currently in progress. When you make a purchase, the amount is temporarily frozen from your balance, and the transaction is held here until the merchant finalises the payment (clearing).

2. How do I switch between my finalised and pending transactions?

  1. Open the Wallet Feed section on your Verto platform.

  2. Use the toggles at the top of your feed to click between Main and Pending.

  3. In the Pending section, you will see a live list of your card payments currently awaiting completion.

3. What do the different card transaction statuses mean?

When viewing your unified card transaction history, you will see one of four possible statuses:

  • Paid (Pending): An outgoing card payment that has been approved but is waiting for the merchant to claim the funds.

  • Paid: An outgoing card payment that has successfully finalized and settled.

  • Received (Pending): An incoming card transaction (like a refund) that has been initiated but is not yet fully settled.

  • Received: Funds that have successfully cleared and are fully available in your wallet.

Once a pending transaction receives its final clearing message, it automatically moves to your Main feed and drops the "(Pending)" tag.

4. Why can I see a transaction in my card history but my Main wallet balance hasn't updated?

To protect your spending power, your Available Balance drops the exact moment a transaction is approved in the pending stage. However, your final statement balance on the Main feed will only update once the merchant officially claims the money and the transaction settles.
